Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for getting rigged with RAILBLAZA! We hope your purchase meets your satisfaction. If you do encounter issues, our team is here to help. You can return products within 30 days of purchase for either store credit or a refund.
Please note that you must meet the following requirements to make a return:
- The product must have been purchased within the past 30 days
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and free of damage
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from RAILBLAZA

Please send your unopened purchase, a receipt/proof of purchase and an indication as to whether you would prefer store credit or a refund to:

Please include your RMA number on the outside of the box for faster processing. Returns for refund typically take two to four weeks for processing.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs — and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping — both to and from RAILBLAZA.
Shipping is Flat Rate $9.00
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed unless otherwise noted.
Damaged Items
Please notify RAILBLAZA immediately if you receive a damaged product. We will work to right the situation as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded. We regret any inconvenience this might cause.
